From 1st July 2023, for our patients with private health insurance, we will be making some changes to our No Gaps Guarantee and the treatments included in our 'no gaps' policy.
Specifically, from the 1st July 2023, for fillings and restorative treatments, we will continue to offer 'no gap' payments for Simple Fillings Only. What this means is, we will continue to charge no out-of-pocket for simple fillings only, and from 1st July, we will be charging the gap payment for complex fillings.
Here is an overview of the changes to our fillings and restorative treatments;

No Gaps Dental has always been committed to delivering quality and affordable dentistry to our patients, but in light of the declining rebates paid by health insurers and the increasing costs to operate our practices, making these necessary changes to our No Gaps Guarantee will allow us to continue delivering on our commitment to you.

But don’t worry, we will always provide you with a treatment plan and quote, and we will obtain your consent before undertaking any treatment.
No Out-of-Pocket expenses for General, Preventative and limited Restorative dental treatments still available!
Please also remember that we are still offering no gap on our general, preventative and radiography treatments under our No Gaps Guarantee. This means no out-of-pocket expenses for your dental check-ups, teeth scaling & cleaning, fluoride applications, x-rays and simple fillings.
